Cap style wheels have a visible black disk on the backside of the wheel. The black disk is attached to the axle, and the Cap snaps onto the disk. If you see a small white bearing on the backside of the wheel, you need bearing style wheels. See my eBay store for a large selection of bearing style wheels.
This listing is for a set of 4 Redline replacement wheels. This set includes 2 Medium and 2 Large size wheels.
These wheels fit the original redlines from 1970 to 1972. They are the classic looking Redline wheels found on the Olds 442, Classic Cord, Snake Funny Car, Mongoose Funny Car, as well as many other castings. The mag is very detailed with bright shiny chrome. See panel on the right for a complete listing of castings these wheels will fit.

If you’ve replaced these kinds of wheels before, you know how simple the removal and installation procedure is. If you have not done it before, you can learn the secret quickly! The cap can be removed from the backside disk by wedging a sharp edge into the tiny crack in the tread of the wheel. Be sure to pick up one of the wheel and axle wrenches I am offering in our eBay Store make the re-install process even more simple. Plus, you’ll be able to straighten bent axles too!
