    Description

    MARX  Car Carrier with 2 Hard Plastic Cars,   mid 1950's
    Beautiful example of this Marx toy.  It is listed as used,  but has only been displayed, never played with,  but does not have its original box.   This is the 2nd generation of this toy in which the truck cab is hard plastic,  while the carrier is metal.  One can appreciate that the cab is appropriate for the carrier,  in that the hitch on the cab is a round peg and the hole on the carrier is also round.   The set includes the original metal ramps and 2 hard plastic cars with wooden wheels.  Overall,  a beautiful example.
