VINTAGE '60s PREMIER 3-PLY 20/12/14/16 RINGO STYLE MAHOGANY DURAPLASTIC

Description

The first two Beatles albums were recorded with Ringo playing a Premier drum set in these sizes and in this Mahogany Duraplastic color wrap.
In Ringo's early recording sessions, concerts, and TV performances the Beatles drum sound was by PREMIER drums, made in England - NOT on Ludwig drums.... Ringo played PREMIER in the early days!!!  He played a kit just like this one, from the same era!  Well photo-documented - see the photos.
This kit on offer is a VINTAGE EARLY '60s PREMIER 3-PLY (with retaining rings!) BIRCH SET consisting of the following drums:
14x20 bass drum, original silver painted hoops as per factory issue, excellent condition, no cracks, no extra holes (factory resonant muffler removed. (I believe that I have it and will include it).
8x12 mounted tom-tom,
excellent condition, no cracks, no extra holes, factory original cast hoops & slotted tension rods.
8x14 mounted tom, same condition as above - this is a VERY RARE & DESIRABLE SIZE! The so-called 'Keith Moon' size.
16x16
floor tom,
excellent condition, no cracks, no extra holes, factory original cast hoops, slotted tension rods, legs.
I imported this kit from England personally. You will be thrilled with the look and tone of these drums!
I love the kit, I just have too many drums and I'm not using these.
Set is located in the Los Angeles, California, area.  Pick-up in person is encouraged.
